The Proud Trust’s programme of bespoke support for LGBT+ young people and the adults in their lives. They provide a live chat for online support, as well as one to one support and support for parents/carers.

They have four offices located in London, Bristol, Manchester and Newcastle, as well as a live chat open for support across the UK. Provides a comprehensive guide of LGBT mental health resources.
